As I am qualified in design, I can offer a personal, one to one design service; from creating your logo, to digitising it into stich format for all your clothing needs. Normally a set up fee would be required to turn the logo into stitch format, however if its designed by me then we don't charge this fee.
Stitching a design/logo directly onto the garment is a highly durable, cost effective and professional way to advertise and promote your business. All our embroidery is completed using modern machinery. This is all done in house so our attention to detail is first class. We can advise and help on what is best for you and your business. The machines we use can hold up to 15 colours so we are capable of stitching more complex, detailed designs.
I offer two types of Digital printing, which is Vinyl and sublimation printing.
Vinyl printing is used on a plotting machine which cuts the design/text out. Our team then remove the excess vinyl; which is a process called Weeding. This is then placed onto the garment and heat sealed on. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to print names and logos onto garments.
Sublimation is the process of printing a special sublimation ink onto special sublimation transfer paper using a sublimation printing technique. Instead of traditional inkjet transfers which print ink on top of the shirt or item you’re working with, sublimation ink actually becomes a part of the substrate you’re printing on. This method of printing has too be done on 85%-100% polyester based clothing, and cannot be done on very dark clothing such as black or navy.
